How Our Members Gather:
- Groups - We bring together diverse groups of women who live near each other, making it convenient to attend in-person group events, as well as organize impromptu meet ups!
- Community Concierge - Each group is supported by a dedicated Community Concierge who organizes and executes monthly group events throughout the year.
- Monthly Events - Tailored to the interests of each group, monthly events are a progression of intentional interactions to help you move efficiently through the stages of building new relationships.
- Communication and Collaboration - Our Community Forum and private group channels provide a platform for shared resources, discussions and coordination.
Timing:
- 6 - 12 month Time Commitment - Surveys show it takes 40 - 60 hours of interaction to form a new friendship. The structure of our six month accelerator and annual membership program is designed to facilitate recurring interactions with groups of like-minded women, dramatically improving the probability of building close relationships.
- Kickoff and Planning - To start the year, each group holds a Kickoff Meeting led by their Community Concierge. Personal interests, potential activities, scheduling and general locations are discussed and an outline for the annual calendar is created. New Groups launching in January 2025!
